You are entitled to choose a refund OR exchange from Berwick Potteries on the following basis:
The goods sold to you are faulty.
The goods are significantly different to those shown or described to you. This is more relevant when purchasing online & buying “sight unseen” goods.
We will only accept returns on the following basis:
1.The original receipt is presented showing proof of purchase &
2.The item is returned within 14 days of purchase &
3.The item has not been used, is in original condition and in the same packaging that it was sold in.
4.It is up to the customer to return the product to the store.
Please note, Berwick Potteries Gift Vouchers are not eligible for refund or exchange.
