LAYBY

How do I pay for my layby?

Layby payments can be made over the phone or in person.

How do I start a layby?

An initial deposit minimum of 10% of the total purchase price is required to start a layby. Subsequent layby payments can be made in person, over the phone or via bank transfer. We do not accept any buy now pay later schemes.

What is the duration terms for layby?

All laybys must be fully paid and collected/delivered within six (6) months of initial deposit. Laybys must have payments made at least once every 4 weeks or risk automatic cancellation in which a 10% cancellation fee will be withheld.

What happens if I miss a payment?

If a monthly payment is missed for two consecutive months, an effort will be made to contact the purchaser. If the purchaser cannot be contacted, the layby will be cancelled and the item returned to stock for resale. No refund will be offered on any monies already paid.

What happens if I change my mind about layby?

A layby can be cancelled by the purchaser within the 6month layby period. However the 10% deposit is forfeited as a cancellation fee. Layby cannot be exchanged or refunded after the layby has been finalised and collected.

Can I go beyond the 6month layby period?

An extension of time to pay can be organised at the time of purchase or if contact is made by the purchaser within the layby period.


REFUNDS
Can I exchange my purchase?

If the item(s) is returned in its original condition and with proof of purchase, you may be eligible for a full refund or exchange. Staff reserve the right to refund 90% of total price for administrative fees.

How long do I have to return or exchange a purchase?

The item/s must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase.

How do I return/exchange item if I have had it delivered?

The purchaser or person trying to refund/exchange the item(s) is responsible for brining the item(s) back in original condition if they wish to receive a refund or exchange. We may be able to pick up the item(s) at an additional cost to you.

When am I entitled to refund or exchange?

You may be eligible for a refund or exchange if the goods are faulty and/or significantly different to those shown or described to you at or prior to the time of purchase. If you change your mind, goods must be in the original condition that they were sold in. Gift vouchers are not eligible for refund or exchange and cannot be redeemed for cash.


DELIVERY
Do you deliver?

Yes, we offer a drop-off only delivery service around our local area, however there is an additional fee.

When will I get my delivery?

Deliveries are normally done within 1-2 weeks of ordering. Our delivery days are generally Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday and are organised with you by one of our staff via telephone call.

We do not deliver over the weekend or after hours.

What is the delivery fee?

Our delivery fee varies based on location & size/weight of a particular product. For any given delivery fee of one-person, you can expect a fee of approximately double for a two-person delivery. Please contact us for further information.

Where do you deliver?

most deliveries are done within a 100km radius of our location.

Do you deliver to interstate?

We do not offer interstate delivery. We are able to package some items onto pallets for courier transport. Please contact for further information.

Generally we don’t offer installation, however you can call us to discuss further.

Yes you can, however you may lose part of your payment as this is a made to order purchase.
