Returns Policy


You are entitled to choose a refund OR exchange from Berwick Potteries if :

  1. The goods are faulty;
  2. The goods are significantly different to those shown or described to you.
  3. If you change your mind, provided :

    • The item is returned within 14 days of purchase AND

    • The item has not been used, is in original condition and in the same packaging that it was sold in.
