How do I pay for my layby?

Layby payments can be made over the phone or in person.

How much of a deposit is needed to start a layby?

A deposit of the value of 10% of the total purchase price is required to begin a layby.

What is the duration terms for layby?

Layby must be fully paid within six (6) months and all laybys must have payments made at least once every 4 weeks.

What happens if I miss a payment?

If a monthly payment is missed for two consecutive months, an effort will be made to contact the purchaser. If the purchaser cannot be contacted, the layby will be cancelled and the item returned to stock for resale. No refund will be offered on any monies already paid.

What happens if I change my mind about layby?

A layby can be cancelled by the purchaser within the 6month layby period. However the 10% deposit is forfeited as a cancellation fee. Layby cannot be exchanged or refunded after the layby has been finalised and collected.

Can I go beyond the 6month layby period?

An extension of time to pay can be organised at the time of purchase or if contact is made by the purchaser within the layby period.

Can I exchange my purchse

Returns must be refunded only if they item is in the exact condition when it was purchased.

How long do I have to return or exchange a purchase?

The item/s must be returned or exchange within 14 days of purchase.

Do I need receipt when I am returning or exchanging item/s?

Original receipt showing proof of purchase is needed for exchange or refund.

Do I get a full refund?

Yes, with proof of purchase and returned in original condition.

How do I return/exchange item if I have had it delivered?

Purchaser of item is responsible to bring exchange refund back to store or item can be picked up at a cost.

When am I entitled to refund or exchange?

The good are faulty, the goods are significantly different to those shown or described to you. If you change your mind goods must be in original condition that it was sold in. Gift vouchers are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Do you deliver?

Yes we deliver for an additional fee.

When will I get my delivery?

Deliveries are normally done within 1-2 weeks of ordering. Deliveries are done Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and is organised with you by one of our staff via telephone call.

What is the delivery fee?

Where do you deliver?

most deliveries are done within a 100km radius of our location.

Do you deliver to interstate?

No, some items we can package for courier transport. Please contact us for further information.

Can I cancel/refund my made to order water feature layby?

Yes you can, However you may lose part of you payment as this I s a made to order purchase.
